I'm Emma.
I help women stop overthinking their content and start showing up.

How I got here

I spent years working in marketing agencies, helping brands tell their stories — and quietly wondering why so many smart, talented women I knew were struggling to do the same for themselves. They had brilliant ideas, real expertise, and something genuinely worth sharing. But they were paralysed by the blank screen, the fear of getting it wrong, the pressure to sound "professional" rather than real.

I left agency life in 2016 to build something of my own. I started teaching content marketing workshops — first in person, then online — and the response was immediate. Women didn't just want tactics. They wanted permission to show up as themselves. They wanted a framework that made sense for their business, their voice, and their life.

The Content Confidence Programme grew out of those early workshops. It's built on everything I've learned from working with over 200 students — what actually works, what holds people back, and what changes when you finally stop trying to sound like everyone else and start sounding like yourself.

My teaching style is direct and warm. I don't do vague inspiration or endless theory. I ask the uncomfortable questions, I push you to be more specific than you think you need to be, and I celebrate the moment when everything clicks. That moment — when someone realises they actually have something worth saying — is why I do this work.

How I Teach

Principle 01

Clarity before content

Most content problems aren't content problems — they're clarity problems. Before we talk about what to post, we get clear on who you're talking to, what you want them to feel, and what you want them to do. Everything else follows from that.

Principle 02

Voice over volume

Posting more is not the answer. Saying something true, specific, and genuinely useful to the right person — once — is worth more than a month of generic content. I teach you how to find and trust your voice.

Principle 03

Systems that fit your life

Content creation should not feel like a second job. I help you build a system that works around your energy, your schedule, and the way your brain actually works — not a rigid formula that burns you out in three weeks.

"I don't teach a formula. I teach you how to think about your content so you never stare at a blank screen again."
